- Answer Is it an upgrade or Full Version? I have Full Version (upgraded from Win7). It says I would have to uninstall from one computer before installing on another computer. So, I don't think it can be installed on two computers at the same time for the same license (Full Version). I don't know if that also applies to an upgrade version.

- Answer As long as your netbook meets the minimum system requirements, it should be able to upgrade to Windows 8.1. For full PC requirements, simply click on the "Specifications" tab in the product description.
