The elite controller will work on any Xbox one console and it will work with windows 10 too.

The biggest difference between an elite and a regular controller is the customizations u can make. If you prefer longer or shorter stick length, the underside paddles, and the app that allows you to remap all the buttons, stick sensitivity, and trigger pull. U can even control how bright the xbox guide button is.

Please try again later.Yes it will work, and the difference is you can remap every button to your liking, and it adds 4 buttons underneath the controller as well, along with 3 different size sticks, I put a,b,x,y underneath and never have to remove my thumbs from the sticks! Gives you more control after you learn how to use it!
