• If you are looking for a complete wireless headphones setup you can but you’re headphones will need to connect to the console not the controller.

• No there is no bluetooth on the elite controllers. The regular controllers that have bluetooth is only for connecting to your computer not for connecting audio. You can not use bluetooth on the Xbox One.

• Certain wireless headsets may work with Xbox One consoles, but Xbox Elite Wireless Controller only supports wired headsets via its 3.5mm stereo headset jack.
