So surprise the kid wanted a nintendo gift card and when i went back to the store i was told i couldn't return it and i even spoke to the manager and its ultimately up to the manager and she didn't return it or exchange it. She had no good excuse except that best buy doesn't offer returns on gift card. I was very dissatisfied with the manager and the store.
