You just need to make sure you have a certified 4K high speed hdmi cable. You need a fast enough transfer rate.

Any HDMI cable will do. But you will need HDMI 2.0 in order to make use of 4K.

Depends on the TV. If your playing on traditional 1080p, then buy a standard (lower price) 1080p HDMI. If you're looking to connect to a 4k TV, I'd purchase an HDMI that is both compatible with 4k and HDR (usually the two are included). However, all of this only applies if you need a cord longer than 5 or 6 feet (included with the Xbox One X).
