• The specs are identical to the white Series S - except for the upgraded 1TB of storage space. Like the original Series S, games are played at 1080p or 1440p, depending on the game and display. The Series S supports 4K video streaming, which might be why Best Buy has 4K resolution in the description. It is a bit misleading since games can't be displayed in native 4K resolution on the Xbox Series S.

• Maybe its your TV, The console is capable of 4k just make sure you have a genuine 4K Display
