You won't notice a thing, in fact it might be lower latency depending on how long the cable is. The Xbox wireless protocol is below 1ms of latency at 20 feet and can handle 8 controllers at the same time or 4 controllers and 4 headsets. It's pretty impressive actually. The 360 wireless protocol was 1ms at 15 feet. Microsoft improved it and put the updated protocol in the base Xbox one through series x/s. If your cable is longer than 4 feet then this is technically lower latency. If your cable is 12 inches then they would have identical latency. Trust me you wont have any issues with any official Xbox controller and this receiver on Windows 7 through 11.
