“Will the adapter connect to multiple Windows 10 PCS, say a laptop and a desktop? Not at the same time obviously. I connected my xbox one controller to a laptop fine but I get nothing when I tried on the desktop? Will I have to buy another adapter? Ty”

• You should be able to move it from devices with no issues, yes. Check your drivers for the device within Device Manager.

• The adapter should work fine bouncing between computers. You might need to resync it, but it's just a USB dingle, so it shouldn't link to a specific computer.
