If something requires a dongle then no. Anything that uses a dongle isn't using the Xbox wireless protocol. If it were it wouldn't need a dongle. Only place to get a replacement now is probably eBay. They stopped making those guitars and accessories for them not long after the game launched. You can always contact Activision support to double check but it's doubtful they would have any left.
