• This adapter is not for connecting bluetooth headphones to Xbox One or PC. It will only connect Xbox One controllers to PC (and peripherals that connect to those controllers.)

• If the headphones are bluetooth, then no. You would need a bluetooth adapter to do that.

• Xbox controllers and Xbox wireless headsets (usually 3rd party designed and approved) can be used using the adapter. If a person wanted to use a 3.5 millimeter headphone, they can plug it at the bottom of the controller.
