• No but if they have a microphone you may be able to plug them into the controller . My android headphones work as a headset for my xbox one controller , so you might have a chance at that working. This product is meant to hook up a wireless xbox one controller to your PC .

• Not at the same time. You need a different headset for party chat and one for music. I typically have one of my solos on and astros on for party chat.
