Yes it will. You can also connect any wireless headset that doesn't use a separate dongle directly to this. For example the Microsoft Xbox wireless headset. You can also connect 8 controllers at a time (meaning all 8 are turned on) or 4 controllers and 4 headsets. If you connect a wireless headset directly to this dongle you can also get 3d audio. Either the free Windows Sonic which is essentially identical to the PlayStation 5's 3d audio. Or you can go a big step up if you're willing to spend the $10-20 on the Dolby Atmos app (3d sound via stereo headphones). There's also DTS:X which is also 3d audio but Atmos seems to sound better overall and is compatible with most modern games, DTS:X is also technically compatible but you're better off sticking with Atmos.. It has much better positional audio which makes tracking sounds in 3d easier. For example if an enemy is above and to the right of you or below you and running away.. Or someone is running towards you on the same level. It's actually impressive.
