• The adapter should have the ability to connect Xbox 360 controllers, but the software to interface with the controllers is not natively installed on PC/MAC

• The head set doesn’t go into your 360 controller it works like this so the head set comes with a infer red optic cord u plug that in the back of your Xbox one and the plug the other end into your mixer then plug the wire into your headset .

• no because this headsets connect by 3.5mm jack and the 360 headset from back then would connect by av input or optical cable.
