• No, its for windows 10 computers. Sounds like your headsets and controllers are shot or your batteries in your controllers need to be replaced.

• XBX-WIRELESS ADAPTER FORWIN10 EN/XC/FR/ Unfortunately it will not work on the Xbox 360 or original Xbox . The only way to have cordless audio from the Xbox or 360 is either to send the audio signal from the audio output on the Xbox units to a stereo receiver or an amplified cordless headset, believe me i tried to hook up the turtle beach cordless headset i have to my 360 using the adapter. NO SUCCESS unfortunately.
