Hey Chuck - 1. you will need to check the laws in Greece to confirm. 2. Yes, as long as all radios are FRS/GMRS radios using the same channel you can communicate with countless other radios at the same time. 3. Again, you would need to check the laws and frequencies per country, all countries have their own version of the FCC. These radios will work anywhere, its just a matter of if it is lawful in that country. We suggest doing your research on that and on travel restrictions. 4. Yes, if you have 2 on the desktop charger and the other can be charged using the AC charging y-cord. Plug the y-cord into the port labeled "MIC CHG"
