• Ours came with a double ended usb. You need to provide the charging block to plug the usb into, but the double ended cable lets you charge both at the same time.

• You put the rechargeable batteries in each radio, plug in the USB cord to each radio, then plug the other end into a USB source (PC or a wall/auto adapter).

• The charging cord was included. They use the same micro USB as a cell phone...and we'll most everything.

• It comes with rechargeable batteries & a USB cord. I haven't yet had to charge the talkies yet, I am assuming that you just plug the cord in!
