Please try again later.It is rechargeable so why are you wanting to replace the battery unless maybe the battery failed or has a factory defect in that case I'd try to get the manufacturer to replace or send you a new battery at no charge because it's not supposed to ever fail from my understanding. I use mine all the time. My lady and I are out in the desert every weekend camping and offroading so ours gets more use than most I'm guessing and not once has it given us a problem. I was actually surprised that completely dead it will recharge itself after sitting in the sun for 4 to 5 hours and then is able to charge other devices. We are always having to recharge flashlights and a ton of other items every week and this is nice for the simple reason I don't always have to remember to plug this thing in. I can just let it sit for a few while we are out and about on our riding our toys and by the time we are done and want to use it the thing is ready to go.
