Hello, The Compact C1 Pure Suction is designed for hard floors and low/no pile carpets and rugs. It does have have a brush roll or a height adjustment. You may want to take a look at the Compact C1 Turbo Team. it is designed for hard floors and low to medium pile carpets and rugs. It has an air driven brush roll, not a motor driven brush roll, and does not have a height adjustment.
