Yes, this is a different game than Minecraft. This game is akin to Diablo or Torchlight.

Yes, this is a completely different game than the original Minecraft, even with all its updates. From what I understand, this combines the Minecraft building capabilities with an adventure game type format. Got it for my son who’s 15 for his Switch for Christmas.
