“I was under the assumption that with a HDMI and SP1.4 ports that I would be able to run (2) monitors. This has not been the case the HDMI port works OK, but when I plug my second monitory into the SP1.4 port, it does not recognize it. Please advise.”

Hello, thank you for reaching out! The Minisforum UN1250 does support up to three monitors via HDMI, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode. If your second monitor isn’t being recognized, the issue may be related to cable compatibility, monitor input settings, or system configuration. Please ensure you're using a DisplayPort 1.4-certified cable and that your monitor’s input source is manually set to DisplayPort. Next, check your Windows display settings to detect and extend the display, and confirm that your graphics drivers are fully up to date.
