They have unlimited calling and text. Just make sure you have an unlocked phone and/or a phone that can operate on the t-mobile network. So far I have been happy with my service from MINTmobile.

It just slows down to speeds that are really frustrating like all the other carriers when you run out of data. You can still run apps but most of them will be much slower. Get on WiFi as often as possible to avoid that.
