I ported in my number from spectrum mobile, came out from contract, you can use the same pack either to choose or activate a new wireless number or port-in your existing number form different service provider, hope this helps decide in buying this pack, I had the same question before buying this pack, at that time it was an experiment, cause did not find any answers online.

Yes, you can port your number during the setup. It's super easy, just don't cancel your previous service until after you do the port.
