There is literally a screen on their app and website which asks for your location or zip code and device make and model just for this issue. My kid goes to uni in Florida in the Orlando area and says T-Mobile or mint works best there. More bars. Hope that helps.

Please try again later.If your phone mint mobil works forbth types of phones but yo anceckyou compatibility andget hetroal card as longas your phone is unlocked u have download the mint mobil app in google play store then manually enter the infomation in the corrct areas they tell you to put it, very easy to do.
