“Going to a location without wifi and cell service, so no hotspot. Can I hook this projector to my MacBook Air that will be hooked up with an external DVD player so I can watch movies. Air has no HDMI so will be projecting onto a wall or sheet. THANKS!”

Yes I hooked up to my phone played download movie on airplane mode. Barley hear it though
