• A:Answer There is no discount for back up camera installation. It's still around $100 plus for installation of your camera kit. The price is just install but worth it for the hassle of doing it yourself IMO.

• A:Answer Yes, you can install a camera on any vehicle so long as it has a head unit (stereo) that can display it (and has the plug in for it). Some have 2 plug ins in case you want a camera for up front as well. I have a backup camera installed my 2001 Jeep Cherokee that also has a new Pioneer head unit.
