• It only comes with a physical copy of the PS4 version of the game, but does have a PS5 voucher. Both of these are universal, however, so no matter what you are guaranteed a version of the game in both formats when you purchase the Captain version.

• Physical edition disc of the PS4 version -- a PS5 upgrade voucher included as well. They did this because every single PS4 console has a disc drive, whereas not every PS5 does.

• The physical disc is for ps4 with a ps5 digital code. However, the ps4 disc must be inserted for the ps5 game to work.
