Don’t waste your money, I tried to set it up on my network for 3 days and it never connected! Returned and purchased the stick ring cameras instead
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello and thank you for reaching out. Whenever you are pairing the MobiCam with new Wi-Fi information you will have to do the initial setup process. Keeping in mind that our devices are securely encrypted and will only pair with one account holder at a time. Therefore, the same account holder that the device is registered to needs to be the one pairing it to new Wi-Fi information via his or her MOBI account.
