Hello and thank you for reaching out. The Emergency Alert System without a subscription will only send a notification to the mobile device. With the subscription, you will be required to fill out location information, medical information, and emergency contacts. This is so that when the button is triggered the Support Monitoring Rep will be able to reference this information in case of an emergency. NOTE** If you are the caregiver we recommend that you download the MOBI app and pair the devices to your phone then give the button to the patient. Also the Gateway HUB MUST be paired to the WiFi at the patient's address.
