Hello Guru! Yes, the Ticwatch E allowed you to make and receive calls with an Android phone (not iOS). It also has a built-in speaker. Mobvoi Team

Please try again later.I just tried to make a call from the phone, and after not hearing any kind of connection, I get a text from the call recipient asking if I "butt dialed". I do not believe it has an external speaker, rather that these functions are there to use with Bluetooth.
