Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think that there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I would try to exchange it with best buy, or at least get a receipt. If they don't replace it, you may have to go thru the manufacturer to get it replaced

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No because it is a Manufacture warranty and not Best Buy Warranty. Usually with chargers and products similar you have to take it back within 14 days of purchase from Best Buy. You can try the Manufacture to see they will still take it
