I still have the sticker from the package, but no receipt (im sure you can look it up through my Best Buy card). Can I just bring it back to my local best buy and get a new one?”

• The warranty for all Modal products is handled in store by the Geek Squad. They can only move forward with a receipt so you may want to speak with customer service first to find the receipt.

• if you can get the store to print you a duplicate receipt do so, then take the receipt along with the original packaging to the geek squad and show them that the packaging has a warranty and they'll let you exchange for a new one

• I think that there is a 1 year manufacturers warranty. I would try to exchange it with best buy, or at least get a receipt. If they don't replace it, you may have to go thru the manufacturer to get it replaced

• Yes, that happened to me and all I can say is I LOVE BEST BUY... No hassle. They looked up my purchase and gave me my money back. I bought another one and it works.

• No because it is a Manufacture warranty and not Best Buy Warranty. Usually with chargers and products similar you have to take it back within 14 days of purchase from Best Buy. You can try the Manufacture to see they will still take it
