Hi, Unfortunately I was told by customer service in-store that these are not covered for replacement. The only other thing I can think of would be to check the insert from the packaging. On the back it states that we receive a 1-year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Modal is a trademark of Best Buy. It gives the phone number of 1-800-620-2790 on the back of the packaging.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My cord stopped working after 4 months, I took it to Best Buy Mobile and they replaced it on the spot. However the exchange process was mainly this simple because I am a BB rewards member. They were able to track my receipt of purchase and exchanged the cord for a different one of my choice. I hope this helps!
