“Hello. I bought two in Nov 2017 and both are failing saying they are not compatible with Apple products. They have 1-year warranty, but I can't find the Modal website. Anyone have contact information or do I just take these into Best Buy for exchange?”

Yes you can take it to any best buy to use the one year warranty that is included on modal products. must be under one year to use however.

Please try again later.on the few times i need to return something i take it to the Best Buy i bought it at and they can look it up. it is usually less then a year, so that could be an issue. always get a copy of your receipt emailed to you, that way you can look it up later if need be
