• There is an inline button on the right side, which allows you to answer/hangup phone calls, as well as adjust the volume up or down (depending on if you click the top or bottom), and will also allow you to start/stop your music, assuming your mobile device supports that functionality.

• There is no volume control on the pair themselves. You am have to use the volume control on your phone/iPod.

• On the main cord is a rectangle shaped volume control. It also can answer Bluetooth. I believe it can shuffle and changes song with different commands.
