Not working after a charge First of all, it seems to need to have the power unit plugged into the head set and THEN into the power. Not sure why. I'm on my second one now, since it didn't take a charge. The new one did the same thing, until I did the plugging as above.
Now this one is also not working after a charge. No lights, nothing. Then I plugged it back into the wall - pushed the on button while plugged in - it flashed. I unplugged it and it was back in business.
I'll give it one more day to see if this works.
A shame, because I do like the device.

Try resetting the headphones.

1. Plug them in to charge.
2. Press and hold the Talk, Play and + buttons all at once.
3. Hold for 5 seconds or until you see the light on the side of the device flash.

Then try pairing them again.

I had this same symptom where they seemed completely dead. I found someone online had said how to reset them and this worked for me. It has worked on two pairs of these - mine and my wife's.
