- Answer Yes it does...I put the rounded end (rechargeable side) in first. I just wish they came in colors that I like!!

QuestionHow do you get these to fit your wrist? They are quite large on my wrist, as they come. .I thought I would pull one of the two sides, to tighten them. But I can't do that. Do I have to completely untie them & then have someone help me tie them again? F

- Answer Yes, pretty much, although I was able to tie them to fit by myself, after which I trimmed the ends. I wouldn't use these on a daily basis. They seem a bit insecure to me. I'm reserving them for evening wear.
