- Answer The antenna broadcasts the signal through wifi (if your tv has wifi, which includes Roku, etc.), so any number of tv's can pick up the signal, just like any number of laptops can pickup your wifi signal at one time.

QuestionI pre-ordered this (preparing to ship) as I was under the impression there was app support for Android and smart TV however based on mohu website, apps are not yet available. Is there an ETA on this as I will need to return it if it's going to be a while

QuestionWill this device have the technology to do self updates on its software automatically or do we have to mess with this thing every few days or weeks to keep it running correctly? Will this be a pain free self updating running system?

- Answer Mohu says on their set up page that firmware updates will be done automatically, but that the device must be left on overnight (and I'm assuming connected to internet) for this to happen.

QuestionI would like to connect this in a room served by a wifi extender, which has a different name from the main wifi. My roku is connected to the main wifi. Will this work or do both devices have to be on the same wifi name ?

- Answer Doubtful. A wifi extender network appears to be the same network (same SSID), but it is technically not. I had problems with trying to use two different wireless networks, even though they were the same layer 3 subnet. Just didn't work. I had to put all the devices on the same wireless network to get it to work.

- Answer Adding additional tuners to the device would be a hardware fix, not a software fix. That means, you'd have to purchase a new device.

QuestionI'm sorry, but i am confused by conflicting information being provided, above answer, antenna only, yes. I have tuners today on tvs, using 1 mohu antenna, receiving local ota broadcasts on each tv, all different stations. why do I need 2nd to get same?

- Answer Mohu airwave has one tuner. So you can watch TV on multiple devices at the same time but it must be the same channel.

- Answer Through our Roku we use Sling which lets us record certain shows on certain channels. We love it and don't miss cable or satellite.

QuestionJust curious as to why airwave wouldn't perform as a standalone ota antenna when using multiple tvs? I have many streaming devices, fire sticks, smart tvs, Apple TV, roku and use Mohu antenna receiving local stations. All operate independently.

- Answer The AirWave has one tuner making signal splitting not an option. If you are the first person to "log onto" the AirWave you will control the viewing on any app/device that has also logged in. We are optimistic that a multi tuner device will be available at some point down the road.

QuestionDo you need line of sight to the transmitting TV station ?

- Answer For reception purposes with any antenna you must have a clear line of sight to the towers for the antenna t be able to pull in signals. You purchase the antenna, download the app, put the antenna in a good spot for reception and, if you are in a good location for reception, free tv. Unless you really need help with set up, no additional; fee is necessary.

- Answer Hey Jack, I have a Eero network and have placed it in the Attic (I know they say not too) and it connects no problem, streams to both devices that I have (Roku and Amazon FireTV).

- Answer With 1 AirWave you will be able to use it on multiple TV's but since it only has one tuner all 4 TV's would be programmed to whichever Airwave unit was logged into first. You can not tune into different stations at one time with the first release of this device.

- Answer Yes, it connects via HDMI so as long as the tv has an HDMI port it will work.

- Answer As long as you have power and a good Wi-Fi signal, you can place it anywhere. You have to plug the Fire Stick into a HDMI slot. I use a 6 foot HDMI extension cable on one of my TVs
