You do not need an internet connection to us our Mohu Arc Pro Amplified HDTV Antenna. If you want to continue with your cable channels you will need to keep your monthly contract with your current cable company. However, if you wish to stream services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. you will need an internet connection for that.
