QuestionIt goes thru the process and finds lots of channels, but then when clicking "Close" it says the antenna isn't connected. It IS connected properly, reconnected twice. Don't know how it would find channels if it wasn't hooked up right.

- Answer While I didn't have this specific problem, this antenna performed poorly, despite the fact that the broadcast towers were all within range. I think that I definitely did not get value per dollar.

- Answer Assuming you are talking about Wi-Fi home use: The Wi-Fi router you are connected to has to be connected to the internet in some manner. The Wi-Fi chip in the Apple device is just used to connect to the router. No Wi-Fi chip in device no way to connect to the router. Good thing about Wi-Fi connection at home no minutes used for phone or internet.

- Answer This device says it is non-directional and that is my experience with it. It did not matter at all which direction I faced it. And in fact, it was pointed East, crosswise to the broadcast source (coming from the South).

QuestionI'm getting some channels to come up by name at the top of screen but it says no signal. How would it know about these channels if? I always have 4 lights. Is there still a way I can get more channels. I am not getting local NBC which is less than 60 mile

- Answer Try moving the antenna closer to an outside wall or window. You may need to add some cable & a USB power adaptor. I used an old Android charger and it worked fine.

- Answer I have not hooked up to a Tivo Bolt DVR, so I am not able to say if it will work or not. So far I have been satisfied with the stations I get with the antenna.

QuestionI live in a building with 4 floors. I live in the 1st one. Theres so many tall buildings around my apartment. Do you think this antenna will get local channels on my apartment. The antenna I have right now only is giving me 5 channels.

- Answer Yes, though the production of the Philippines newscast's were halted on March 22, 2020, due to the city wide efforts to control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the it was replaced by programming from the ABS-CBN News Channel and extended your Documentary Hour but hastations have since renewed service. Your antenna will get their signal. Any NTSC broadcasts will be received unless they are out of reach.

- Answer Remote: Go to the Roku settings, search for networking, then look under About to find your Roku's IP address. Router: Open a browser, enter your router's IP address in the URL bar to open the admin interface, then look for a list of connected devices. Chrome extension: Install the Remoku add-on for Chrome, open the Remoku settings, then scan your network's IP address. I hope this helps.

Questionmy house is wired for cable, have 5 tv's on the provided splitter in the attic. Have a cheaper amplified HD antenna which works well but loses signal sometimes, have on occasion have lost all channels. Will this antenna do the job at 19063 Melbourne FL

- Answer For me I went through about five or six different antennas since I dumped my satellite and for the individual TV I use it for it has worked for All Occasions a little spotty during storms but doesn't totally block out all the channels that are over the air in my area but that also depends on electronic interference is like how close to Towers you are and a lot of other deals Best Buy advise you to take it try it and if it doesn't work to take it back but this is one I did not want to return because it worked out well for me

- Answer The antenna is preamplfied right at the antenna where the signal is at its best, for less pixelization and enhanced reception.There is a power inserter included that includes a USB cable. The USB cable on the power inserter can be connected to a USB port on the back of your TV or you can use a USB power adapter (sold separately) with a standard wall outlet - like you use to power your smart phone.
