“My upstairs tv has the window that is nearby is the old wavey or leaded glass. The antenna I bought for that TV works better on the dowstairs tv. Upstairs there was a lot of static. The antenna was Mohu leaf mini, will the 30 go thru the glass better?”

The leaded glass may interfere if you attach the antenna directly onto the glass. Try different areas and positions, I have one of my antennas connected to the back of some furniture and it gets fairly good reception.
