• I did try it outside temporarily. Reception was better especially if pointed in the right direction.

• Not if you want it to last! The only antenna that we recommend for outdoor use is our Sky 60. The other antennas are all for indoor use only.

• The description on the Mohu site includes the phrase "indoor antenna," so I would recommend against exterior installation. And, FWIW, mine doesn't look like it would do well outside. Mohu does make an exterior antenna, but it's over $100.
