• It should work with any TV it is just a standard antenna that attaches to you coax input.

• This will work with any tv with a coaxial input. That being said, broadcasters transmit their signals digitally now. So if you have an older tv (pre-2008 ish) then you'll need a digital set-top box as well.

• As long as your TV has a coaxial connection and was made prior to 2009 it should work for you. If your TV was made prior to 2009 you will need to invest in a digital converter box. TV's made prior to 2009 don't tend to have a digital tuner that is needed to allow the antenna to "talk" to the TV.
