Not likely. If you are 22 and the 25 mile works the 35 mile will not make a difference in quality unless you add a booster with it.

I would suggest you google "what channels can I get in my area" and locate a site that will allow you to enter in your address for a scan. That way you can see exactly where the towers are and if upgrading would pull in more signals. If the only channels available are the ones you are getting with the Leaf you have it would be foolish to purchase a bigger antenna for no "return on the investment" (aka more channels).
