A:AnswerWherever you decide to put the antenna (be it on TV , wall behind TV or attached to glass window) it does need to be connected to the TV then from your TV you need to do a channel scan. GOOD LUCK
A:AnswerMost likely your issue is not the range. It is most likely all of the interference you have within such close proximity to you ... of which you have very little to absolutely No control over. If you have access to toss your antenna onto your rooftop, like I do, you may notice quite a difference. If not, you’re probably not ever going to find an antenna such as this - that will work at all for you. I purchased many and I was given many (antenna’s) prior to purchasing this one ... no other antenna ever worked for me until this one. All of the antenna’s I was given, were from family and friends that got zero results from them as well.
Sorry to sound like such a downer! That’s not my personality at all!! These are just the facts jack. At least for me, in my journey to be cable free.
Best wishes to you!!
A:AnswerSorry wish I could give a good answer. I live in the city so my reception is great. My sister lives in a remote location as you do..... and as of today she is not able to find anything that works for her either.
A:Answer1, See my other answer as to how to point this antenna.
2, Plastic screen is ok. Metal screen may cause some signal loss. It depends if the metal screen is grounded (kills the signal, see RFI screen room) or if there is another way for the TV signal can get in the room. Best way is to test it and fined out.
A:AnswerJust plug in your zip code in this website and it will tell you what stations are strong to weak.

A:AnswerFirst I attached the antenna to my tv. Then I watched a channel I preferred and moved around my
tv room to optimize the reception. Then I thumbtacked the antenna to a wall that maintained the
reception.
Good luck.
A:AnswerMine says it will pick up a signal 60 miles away. I'm sure that doesn't take into account any structures that my be in the path. Mine doesn't go that far.
