“Does this range have an oven probe? How about controls for "Delay Start", "Cooking Time" "Cooking Timer"?”

• Yes, it has a probe. Has a timer, but no delay start. We wanted it simple as complex seems to break. Our previous oven was a Viking with all the bells and whistles. And it cost us thousands in repairs and never worked properly. So we replaced it with the Monogram.
