Q: QuestionWhat's the warranty on this unit? Mine recently will not power anything, I've reset and also used with other outlets. None of the unit's recepticals work, but lights are on. I purchased at Best Buy less than a year ago but can't locate the receipt.

- A:Answer I just bought this product. On the package, it offers a warrantee if your Connected Equipment is damaged by a power surge. I just checked the small booklet that came with the surge protector. There does appear to be a limited Product Defect warrantee also. There is a table in the booklet that states the Warranty Period for Products is lifetime. Warranty Period for Connected Equipment Damage is 5 years. On the warrantee, it states that you need to call Monster within two months after your discover a product defect. There is a procedure that includes obtaining a Return Authorization Number and filling out a claim form. It also mentions filing a Formal Warranty Claim. Sounds like a lot of work. Hope this helps.
