A:AnswerCan it run the audio from your PC over USB? If so one of the pins on the charging port may be bridged or damaged. There is a small chip in Superstar speakers that I believe is a protective circuit and noise reduction, you can easily bend or break pins in the USB because of this. If your computer doesn't recognize device when it's hardwired to USB that is probably the culprit. If you have access to a hot work station you can solder past a new USB port onto that small chip pretty easily, much more difficult with a solder gun, but I did do it. The speaker has nice sound and I am glad I fixed it, I just have to figure out the battery as I am sure that is toast. Have fun.
A:AnswerNothing is truly waterproof but it does float on its back and it can be used directly in water as long as you leave the lid closed for charging the battery and the aux cable.
A:AnswerWhen I have that sort of problem with the Bluetooth device I delete or the pairing in my Bluetooth menu, and start over. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer or Best Buy.
