Best Buy will provide you with a repair, replacement or store credit to purchase a new device if your product suffers from a mechanical failure or, in some cases, accidental damage from handling. i highly recommend this plan..i bought it and it paid for itself on the first visit to Geek Squad having my laptop worked on and i didn't have to pay one cent for what they did because it was included on the play. Believe me it's one of those things you'll be glad you got after you use it one time..
