• Take it back to best buy with receipt. Or if you have your account they can look it up. The geek squad can try to fix it and repair it or replace it just call them.

• Buy a few cheapo ones on Amazon. Because it is such a low button remote, some of the cheap replacements have identical layout. Another option to get you buy, use your cell phone. There are Remote Control Apps that have standard Samsung Remotes in them. Took a few minutes and one try to find one.
