Hi there, Thank you for your suggestion. However, please be advised that the reason there is a locked inbuilt sim card is that this subsidises the actual cost of the watch. The Moochies watch has a number of new software and hardware features, making it the most advanced children's smartwatch globally. To sell this without a subsidy would mean the cost to customers upfront would be prohibitively expensive. The inbuilt SIM has been tried and tested and works without any difficulties. We set the plan at a rate that uses more than the average a user uses for data and calls, as the watch is not data-heavy, nor have we found children having long conversations.
